ASAI retains all rights, titles, and interests in the A-Index Algorithm and TKA Question-Generation logic. No ownership is transferred via this pilot program. Users are granted a temporary, non-exclusive license for evaluation purposes only.
All faculty data provided by the University will be processed in a secure sandbox environment. ASAI shall not publish individual faculty names or specific "Cartel Flags" discovered during the pilot without explicit, written authorization from the participating institution.
University shall not (i) copy or modify the software; (ii) reverse engineer or attempt to derive the A-Index formula; (iii) create derivative works based on the platform logic; or (iv) use the platform to build a competing scientific integrity index.
Any feedback, data points, or suggestions provided by University staff regarding the platform's utility or interface may be used by ASAI to improve the service without compensation or attribution to the provider.
ASAI provides the audit results "as-is" during the pilot phase. While our algorithms aim for maximum accuracy, ASAI is not responsible for administrative decisions made by the University based on pilot audit data.
